Jadan Supermarket

Jadan Supermarket on Dominion Road, Mt Eden, was a negotiated design and build project completed by Indesco for an existing client.

We handled the council resource consenting process and the full design build that entailed the partial demolition and refurbishment of an existing retail building, plus the conversion of a warehouse into covered customer car parking.

Due to the age of the building and change in use, part of the structure required new foundations and floor.  Specialist fire design was necessitated as the new under cover parking area was connected to the retail space.
