James Dunlop Textiles

The Indesco team had worked with James Dunlop on a warehouse project in 2007, and in 2017 were invited to return and develop their new flagship offices and distribution centre on the site next door.  This gave James Dunlop the opportunity to amalgamate a number of their other premises into one efficient central location and maximise their land holding – which is ideally situated for global distribution, being very close to Auckland Airport.

The project was undertaken on a complete design build basis, with a unique feature being the need to design the project not to require sprinklers, due to their potential detrimental effect on the textiles housed there.
