About Indesco

Indesco is a privately owned New Zealand company, based in Auckland. We have completed a vast array of commercial projects – Office/warehouses and manufacturing facilities;  retail outlets and office blocks;  schools, performing arts centres, gymnasiums and community buildings;  plus marine, light industrial developments and aircraft hangars.

Design and Construction means that we deliver the entire turn key package from site feasibility and sourcing land, to design and value engineering, resource/building consents and full construction management. We develop our design concepts by working collaboratively.  First, with our clients to formulate a comprehensive mutually agreed design brief.  Then, as a design team, we combine the considerable expertise of our own people with the talents of design specialists carefully selected for their project specific expertise.

Many of the normal client risks associated with building are removed as our Intelligent Design + Construction system is delivered through a single line of accountability model overseen by an Indesco Project Director ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.

With a key focus on innovation and thinking outside the square, our company is named Indesco to highlight the Intelligent Design + Construction system that sets us apart and enables our customers to achieve their project objectives without many of the challenges too often associated with the commercial construction industry.
