Our Team

We think our team includes some pretty talented people.  And we need them to be.  Being a successful commercial construction company in New Zealand doesn’t come easy.   We take some of New Zealand’s best quantity surveyors, designers, project managers and sub-contractors, then train them in the Indesco way of doing things.  They have to be able to go beyond their individual discipline, understand how the whole process comes together and work collaboratively towards a superior project result – leaving any kind of personal ego on the shelf.  We are proud of our results and immensely proud of the team that pull them off.

Why do they choose to work for Indesco?  Mostly they enjoy the relationship based and outcome focused approach we take to working with our clients.  It’s refreshing in an industry better known for its budget blowouts and disputes.

Our team of design and construction professionals is highly regarded in the industry for the skills and experience they bring to each project.  The team that developed the Intelligent Design + Construction system has worked together to bring more than 3000 projects to fruition over the past three decades.  Here’s a brief introduction to just a few of our senior team…
